I have not received my order

In August I paid for the order of 19323 mixer Kitchen Aid. September 6, he was sent. It was written that within 45 days I will receive it. but so far I have not received it. My order number is 19323. My messages are not answered. money does not return. I cannot find my order. I cannot track the order in the store. please return my money
